SIMI VALLEY HOUSE FIRE – Firefighters from the Ventura County Fire Department work to vent the roof while fighting a fire in the 2600 block of Danton Place on Jan. 12 in Simi Valley. The cause of the fire is under investigation and no injuries were reported. Firefighters had the blaze knocked down in about 30 minutes.
